Your team’s AI workspace

One memory for your projects, your team, and your AI tools.

AI Bench keeps track of your projects’ decisions, meetings, and code, and shares that context with Claude, Codex, Cursor, and your teammates. Your AI tools start each session already knowing the project.

Why it helps

Stop re-explaining your project

Your AI tools read the project's memory before they start, so decisions, conventions, and past gotchas come along without you pasting them in.

Meetings and conversations don't get lost

What was decided in a call or a channel lands in the project, where people and agents can find it later.

Everyone works from the same picture

Teammates and every AI tool see the same up-to-date context, and you can see what agents did and why.

Features

What you can do in AI Bench

Shared memory for your AI tools

Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and the built-in chat read the project's memory before they work and save what they learn after.

  • Search memory from any connected tool
  • Memory is kept per project; you see the projects you belong to
  • Curated automatically: duplicates merged, summaries kept current

Meetings become project notes

Press Start meeting in the Mac Companion. It records your microphone and the meeting audio, transcribes on your Mac, and adds the transcript and summary to your project.

  • Works with any meeting app; no bot joins the call
  • Labels you separately from other speakers
  • Audio stays on your Mac; only text is uploaded

Your code, findable by agents

Add a code folder in the Companion and it stays indexed, including every git worktree, so agents can find the right file and the reasoning behind it.

  • Picks up changes within seconds
  • Skips secrets, ignored files, and private paths
  • Search synced code from the dashboard

Slack and Teams channels

Bring a channel's history into a project so answers come from what the team actually said.

  • Public and private channels you can see
  • Direct messages are always excluded
  • Optional daily refresh

Projects and tickets

Simple boards that keep the work visible. Coding agents can pick up a ticket, do the work, and attach evidence for review.

  • Labels, assignees, reviewers, and agent options
  • Verification evidence on each ticket
  • Sits alongside your existing issue tracker

Chat that knows the project

Ask questions in a chat that already has the project's context. Important conclusions are saved to memory instead of getting buried.

  • Answers grounded in project memory
  • Attach files to a conversation
  • Notifications when work you're waiting on finishes

Publish and share

Turn work into pages you can send: reports, proposals, documentation, forms, and installable skills.

  • Short links, versions, and password protection
  • Collect form responses
  • Edit pages in place and see who viewed them

Time tracking

Log time against projects from the dashboard, or let your AI tools log the time they spent on a task.

  • Per-project reports
  • Logged by people or by agents

Document tools

Pull text and tables out of PDFs, and send a document for signature with a private signing link.

  • PDF text and table extraction
  • Single-recipient e-signing
  • Download the signed copy when it's complete

  1. 1

Use the invite from your admin to set a password or passkey.

  3. 3

    Add the Mac Companion (optional)

Download it from the Companion page and pair it with a short code to capture meetings, channels, and code folders.

  4. 4

    Work as usual

Privacy

How your information is handled

Private to this workspace

Everything lives on this workspace's own server, not in a shared service.

You see your projects

Access follows project membership. AI tools connect with tokens limited to the projects they need.

Audio stays on your Mac

Meeting recordings are transcribed on your computer. Only the text is uploaded.

Secrets stay out

Text that looks like a password, key, or token is kept out of memory automatically.

Usage logs without contents

Admins can see which tools were used and whether they worked, never your queries or memory contents.

Your sign-in, your device

Sign in with a password or a passkey. New tools are approved from a device you're already signed in on.

Questions

How do I get an account?

Ask an admin of this workspace for an invite. The invite link lets you set a password or passkey.

Which AI tools work with it?

Any app that supports MCP, including Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, plus the built-in chat. After you sign in, Connections has a one-line installer.

Do I need a Mac?

Only for the Companion app, which records meetings and syncs code folders (Apple silicon, macOS 13 or later). Everything else works in the browser.

What happens to my meeting recordings?

They're transcribed on your Mac. The transcript and summary go to the project you choose; the audio itself is never uploaded.

Do I have to keep the memory tidy?

No. An AI curator merges duplicates, keeps each project's summary current, and rejects anything that looks like a secret.

I work in more than one workspace. Is that a problem?

No. Sign in to each one separately, and switch the Mac Companion between them in its settings.

Ready to pick up where your team left off?
